## Key facts

- **Free credits renew every month.** Most template APIs give one-time trial credits; Orshot's free plan refills to 100 credits on the day of the month you signed up, so a small recurring job can run free for good. 15k+ people have signed up, most of them on the free plan.

### When Orshot is not the right fit

- A one-off design you will never regenerate: a design tool like Canva or Figma is enough.
- AI footage of something nobody filmed: use a video model such as Veo or Kling, then place the clip in an Orshot template if it needs your branding.
- Documents that need e-signatures or contract workflows: use a document-signing tool.

## How credits work

- A 5-page PDF uses 5 credits; a 30-second video uses 30.
- Credits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over.
- **Running out:** renders stop at your limit unless you turn on overage in Billing & Usage, where you can also set a spending cap. In overage, images and PDF pages use 1 credit each and video uses 8 credits per second, billed at your plan's overage rate.
- **AI credits** are a separate allowance for AI media, such as generated voiceovers and video clips.

- **1,000 images a month** (1,000 credits): Launch at $39/month, which includes 1,500.
- **5,000 PDF pages a month** (5,000 credits): Launch at $99/month, which includes 5,000.
- **100 thirty-second videos a month** (3,000 credits): Launch at $99/month, which includes 5,000.
- **500 thirty-second videos a month** (15,000 credits): Grow at $160/month, which includes 20,000.
- **1,000 images plus 50 one-minute videos a month** (4,000 credits): Launch at $99/month, which includes 5,000.
- **2,000 thirty-second videos a month** (60,000 credits): Scale at $349/month, which includes 75,000.

### How do I upgrade my subscription plan?

To upgrade your subscription plan, go to the billing section in your account settings and select the plan you wish to upgrade to

### How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to the billing section in your account settings and click on 'Cancel Subscription'. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process

### What is your refund policy?

You can get a full refund for a new subscription within 1 day (24 hours) of payment, as long as you have used no more than 50% of the credits included in your plan. Email hi@orshot.com from your account email to request it. See the full refund policy at orshot.com/refund-policy

### Will I lose access immediately if I cancel my subscription?

No, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan

### Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling does not refund the current billing cycle. You keep access to your plan until the cycle ends. The only refund is for a new subscription within 1 day of payment, if no more than 50% of the plan's credits are used
