### Can Google Forms create event badges automatically?

Not on its own, but this workflow adds that. Orshot watches your registration form and renders a designed badge for each new response, so badges accumulate in Drive as signups come in.

### How is this better than mail merging badges before the event?

There is no export-merge-fix-formatting session the night before. Badges are already made, in a consistent design, and late registrations produce their own badge instead of a handwritten one at the door.

### Can different ticket types get different badges?

Yes. Map the ticket type answer to a badge element, like a colored tag or label, so Speaker, VIP, and General Admission badges are distinguishable while sharing one design.

### What if someone typos their name in the form?

Fix the response in the linked response sheet and rerun that row, or render a one-off from the template in the Orshot dashboard. Either way it is a regenerate, not a redesign.

### Can badges include a check-in QR code?

Yes. Each response can carry a unique ID that renders as a QR code on the badge, which your check-in tooling can scan at the door.
