### How do I welcome new members automatically?

### What triggers the card?

A new row in your members Sheet. The moment someone is added, the workflow fires, so the card is made as members join rather than in a weekly batch.

### Where does the card show up?

In the Slack channel you connect. Point it at a team channel or a welcome channel, and each new member's card lands there for the team to react to.

### Can the card show the plan or tier?

Yes. Add a plan column to the Sheet and map it to the card, so a welcome can note whether someone joined on a free, pro, or team plan while sharing one design.

### What if members come from a signup form?

Point the form at the same Sheet. Most forms can append a row on submit, so a new signup becomes a new row and the welcome card renders from there.
