What is Social Publishing?#

Social Publishing lets you post renders directly to your social media accounts — instantly, as a draft, or scheduled for later. Add a publish object to your render API call, and Orshot uploads the rendered image and posts it automatically. No extra API calls needed.

You can also publish from the Playground in the dashboard without writing any code.

How It Works#

1. Connect accounts — Link your social media accounts in your workspace settings
2. Render + publish — Add the publish object to your render API call, or use the playground
3. Orshot handles the rest — The render is uploaded and posted to your selected accounts

Posts can be published instantly, saved as drafts, or scheduled for a specific time.
