What is a Workspace?
A workspace is like a project in which you can invite relevant team members and use a specific set of templates, API keys and settings
What is a Render?
Render is a unit associated with templates. It is different for each template and is based on the complicacy of rendering it. Each time you generate from a template, it consumes associated render[s] from your plan
Can I invite team members to my workspace?
Yes, you can invite team members to your workspace by going to the workspace settings and sending invitations via email
Is there a limit to the number of workspaces I can create?
The number of workspaces you can create depends on your subscription plan. Please refer to the pricing table for more details
How do I upgrade my subscription plan?
To upgrade your subscription plan, go to the billing section in your account settings and select the plan you wish to upgrade to
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to the billing section in your account settings and click on 'Cancel Subscription'. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
What is your refund policy?
You can get a refund for your new subscription within 2 days of your subscription. To do that, you can send an email to hi@orshot.com with your account email address asking for refund
Will I lose access immediately if I cancel my subscription?
No, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Refunds are not provided for cancellations. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle
