Refund
You can get a refund for a new subscription within 2 days of purchase. To request a refund, send an email to hi@orshot.com from the address associated with your account, stating that you want a refund.
The refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days if valid, and you’ll see the refund on your original source of payment within 7–10 days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription any time from Manage Subscriptionin your profile dropdown. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing cycle and your card won’t be charged again.
