A welcome that uses someone's name lands better than a generic one. The catch is that nobody makes a graphic per contact by hand, so the personal touch gets skipped. This workflow does it for you. Connect HubSpot, design one welcome template, and every new contact gets an image made for them.
Who gets a graphic, and when
The workflow watches HubSpot for new contacts. The moment one is added, it reads their properties, the name, the company, whatever you want to greet them with, and renders a welcome image from your template. There is no batch to run and no button to press. A contact showing up is the trigger, and long names fit the same layout as short ones because the text resizes to fit.
What each welcome can say
Where the image ends up
The finished graphic goes wherever you need it:
- HubSpot files by default, so it is on hand for a welcome email or sits on the contact record.
- Slack, to ping your team when a notable contact comes in.
- Google Drive, to keep a copy outside HubSpot.
Once it is saved you can reference the image in an automated HubSpot email, so new contacts get a graphic that greets them by name without anyone lifting a finger.
