What is a Workspace?
A workspace is like a project in which you can invite relevant team members and use a specific set of templates, API keys and settings
What is a Credit?
A credit is the unit your plan is measured in. 1 credit = 1 image, 1 PDF page, or 1 second of video. Multi-page PDFs use 1 credit per page, and videos use 1 credit per second. Each time you generate from a template, it consumes credits from your plan
How many images, PDFs or videos can I generate on each plan?
As many as your credits allow, in whatever mix you like. Because 1 credit = 1 image = 1 PDF page = 1 second of video, a plan's credit figure is also the number of images it renders: 100 credits is 100 images, or 100 PDF pages, or about 1.5 minutes of video, or any combination of the three. Every plan's credit figure is on the pricing table above, and the free plan starts with 100 credits every month
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Credits are a monthly allowance, so whatever you have not used expires when your month rolls over and a fresh allowance starts. This applies to the free plan too: it refills to 100 credits every month, on the day of the month you signed up
What happens when I run out of credits?
Rendering pauses until your credits reset, on your billing date or, on the free plan, on the day of the month you signed up, and the API returns a clear error rather than failing silently, so an automation that keeps calling will know why. Upgrading takes effect immediately if you do not want to wait for the reset
Can I invite team members to my workspace?
Yes, you can invite team members to your workspace by going to the workspace settings and sending invitations via email
Is there a limit to the number of workspaces I can create?
The number of workspaces you can create depends on your subscription plan. Please refer to the pricing table for more details
How do I upgrade my subscription plan?
To upgrade your subscription plan, go to the billing section in your account settings and select the plan you wish to upgrade to
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to the billing section in your account settings and click on 'Cancel Subscription'. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process
What is your refund policy?
You can get a full refund for a new subscription within 1 day (24 hours) of payment, as long as you have used no more than 50% of the credits included in your plan. Email hi@orshot.com from your account email to request it. See the full refund policy at orshot.com/refund-policy
Will I lose access immediately if I cancel my subscription?
No, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling does not refund the current billing cycle. You keep access to your plan until the cycle ends. The only refund is for a new subscription within 1 day of payment, if no more than 50% of the plan's credits are used
