How to invite your team to a workspace

Add team members to collaborate on templates, brand assets, and content generation

Workspaces are shared — invite teammates to design templates, manage brand assets, and generate content together.

Invite a team member#

Open Team Members from your workspace sidebar
Enter their email address and pick a role — Member or Admin (permissions for each are listed right above the form)
Click Send Invite — they'll get an email with steps to join

The members list shows each invite's status. From here you can change roles, remove members, or transfer workspace ownership.

Team collaboration is available on paid plans — your seat count is shown next to the invite form.
